Only with your consent we will pass your Name, Contact Details to our verified team and trusted partners to contact you, to arrange carrying out a service at your rental property. This information will not be used by anyone to spam you with marketing material or sell on your data.

6.1 We only keep your data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 5, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it. In any event, We will conduct an annual review to ascertain whether we need to keep your data.
